Eunice L. Meyers, Chief Executive Officer
Eunice Meyers, founder and CEO of Cummings & Associates (CAA), Inc., has over 25 years of experience in finance, business, and information technology. Since founding CAA in 2001, Ms. Meyers has worked with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to source and implement long term telecommunications infrastructure projects covering FAA’s national airspace system. She implemented new processes and procedures to enable FAA compliance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) mandates pertaining to performance metrics and implemented financial controls for critical capital investment projects.
Ms. Meyers served as a subject matter expert consultant to the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) where she worked with senior executives to develop alternatives to their current business and financial operations processes and systems. In addition, Ms. Meyers worked with United States Coast Guard and the Transportation Security Agency to ensure the alternatives were aligned with the broader initiatives underway at the Department of Homeland Security.
Prior to establishing CAA, Ms. Meyers spent 13 years in management working for top firms in the telecommunications industry where she helped implement enterprise wide technology platforms. While serving as National Partner Manager for a British Telecom joint venture, she helped develop strategic partnerships with international firms to introduce new products and services and increased revenue opportunities globally. Ms. Meyers managed all relationships between international partners and revenue services teams and developed new, fully integrated revenue management processes to facilitate new partner alliances and joint ventures.
With Sprint, Ms. Meyers sponsored revenue cycle projects through the development cycle. She led cross functional team meetings comprised of marketing, finance, and revenue systems groups. She was responsible for developing business requirements, analyzing telecommunications business processes and developing program specifications. Prior to working for Sprint Ms. Meyers held increasingly responsible positions with AT&T where she was responsible for creating financial models to facilitate opportunity/risk assessments. She also forecasted yearly business unit revenues and developed annual direct and capital expense budgets.
Ms. Meyers served as a volunteer and mentor for young women in the Big Sisters of America program, the Seed Public Charter School in Washington, D.C., and the “I have a Dream” – Project 312 Foundation in Washington, D.C. She holds an MBA in Finance and Investments from the George Washington University and a BBA in Information Systems from Howard University. She is a Project Management Institute Certified Project Management Professional.
